Winston Salem NC Wedding Photography|Tanglewood Manor House Wedding|Rosie + Preston
Rosie has a smile that brightens up any room and Preston has a personality that matches it. The moment they walked through my door we connected. I admired how passionate + involved Preston was in the wedding planning process, and Rosie, from the beginning, had 100% trust in me...which turned out to be really important because it rained. It rained all day. Because Rosie + Preston trusted me to do my job, we were still able to get amazing images despite the weather conditions. The day unfolded with so much love. An intimate ceremony, a BIG celebration with guests + awesome family (love every darn one of ya by the way), crazy, fun dancing and a celebration of just not the love birds, but...well, life. Everyone of these people knew, life is good. Even if it was cruddy weather outside.
I cant wait to see you two again and reflect on what a grand day it really was!
This was the first time I had worked with/met these ladies, but I was so impressed with them. Their personalities, how much fun that have doing their job and of course, how beautifully they did everyone's hair and make up. Thanks to Aeracura Salon, Reynolda Village, Winston Salem NC. Hannah (hair) and Shannon (makeup) were rockstars!
As Rosemary's sister walks her over to Preston for a first look, I hear her whisper, "You are the most beautiful bride I have ever seen".
Family photographs in the rain, thank goodness for covered areas and clients that trust me. I always tell couples, never fear rain on your wedding day, we will make the best of it. This is a perfect example!
Rosie waits to walk down the isle.
I love how guests circled around R+P while they said their vows. It was like one big hug.
Preston gave Rosie this specially embroidered handkerchief that held the rings during the ceremony. Each corner had significant stitching; R+P, roses (for Rosie), the date they met and date of the wedding day.
Every event I get to work with catering company Pepper Moon of Greensboro NC is always a treat. The food is great and the staff are always so fun + friendly.
